I had read in TC notes once that they were moving the cert for the MRB to Novice pistoleer. But I never saw that go live. I just bought a second account and I am levelling up an alt. I gave him an MRB brand new from a crate I made about a week ago (manufacturing schem was made shortly after they became available). My alt is at marksman pistol 3 which is what the cert says on the gun label. But when I equip the gun, it tells me I don't have the skill to use it. What's more annoying is the same message pops up EVERY TIME I fire a shot. Not that I'd still use it, the most I hit for is about 2/3 of min damage. But it puzzles me that I didn't see this change anywhere in the patch notes. ANyone know anything about this?
