Thread: First time using Kryat Tissues, I've got a question (or 2)....

Ok, well, my first question is: I just bought 8 identical (same seriel number) kryat tissues (30 dmg, -.3 spd) from someone for 210,000 cred. I'm guessing that was a good deal, right?. How much do they usually go for?

Secondly, I'm wondering what I should use them in. Should I make a schematic from on and run off 7 identical powerhandlers and try to make an uber particle beam weapon or should I make single handlers and make bunches of pistols?

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Very good deal. Bought exact same stats for 600k.

I would suggest making pistols, they sell the best. (try republic blasters...i have afeeling they will sell.)

Thanks for the feedback. My 3rd question would be, what does a Kryat enhanced Republic blaster average (obvioulsy depending on stats).

This thread was what to use the tissue in. FWG5 don't use blaster powerhandler's, so they don't use tissue.

Scatters always sell well.

Here is anotherquestion then.........

For a weapon that uses multiple power handlers ifI were touse multiple kryat enhanced power handlers will the stats multiply too or are they just used as one for the stats ?????

They will just add that to the stats. Sadly if you arent makeing other high end components like stocks. The tissue might not even be noticed. Krayt scatters are definately the better way to go. BHs since their patch can make decent credits, and a scatter even before krayt is a decent pistol.

You have less troublesome components to deal with as you would with a rifle or carbine. So you are already starting on a near even footing. Demand for krayt scatters is good. Odds are you are already in the ballpark on this weapon. Just do a galaxy search for doonium iron, and look for the best.

A republic blaster uses four tissues per gun. While a modified republic only uses two. Not to mention the modified gets a bleed dot on it, and matches the regular republic on the other stats. So i would not even touch the republic. Facts are that most pistoleers have bh most carbineers have bh many creature handlers have bh. Well you get the point. For a high end weapon an awful lot of people can make use of it.

Er - not sure what schematics you're working off, but both types of republics will use 3 identical in the making of any single pistol.

As to the regarding of tissue use in modded republics, these are limited use schematics, so unless you have modded republic schematics falling from the sky, it's not really the most efficient mass producing product.

Thanks for all the help, folks.

I actually do have a modified republic schematic sitting around (since I'm not MWS yet). I think I might hold onto the tissues until then..

Thanks for the advice!
