Thread: I was robbed! But why?

I recently improved both my advanced rifle barrels and advanced stocks by 1 min damage, and 1 max damage. That should be 2 total min and max. But I made a new T21 schematic and it is only +1 min and max damage. Need I ask? Is it some wacky bug?

My guess is rounding as well. I believe the actual weapon goes beyond a whole number for damage, and the tens spot for speed, but the displayed value is rounded down.
