I've seen a few of the VibroKuncks for sale and they have a manufactorer and they are a variation of vibroknuckler. Are they a Quest Drop? Are they really good?

What can you tell me about them?

I'm guessing its just a regular VK made with one of the High Powered Vibro Motor enhancers that sometimes drop offof Nym's guys. These enhancers add +20 max damage. Otherwise everything else is normal.
