I made a new run of t21's lately. I had gotten my hands on some better rainbow gem for this run, and I am getting closer to hitting 7.0 speed. The last batch hit 7.2 speed, thats the lowest ive gotten so far. This is on wanderhome, and my question is how many have gotten below 7.0 speed without tissues , form fitting stocks or any other loot, jsut a normal build? Not the one day patch deals.

I take it your 7.2spd is with stocks ?

Best i got so far on my server with stocks (not the form fitted ones either) is 7.6

I believe on Valcyn using the best materials possible for T21's the fastest speed is 6.9 or 7.0 unstocked and 7.3with stocks. I am guessing thats pretty close to the hardcap for the weapon as well.

I hit 7.0 unstocked a couple months ago on Starsider. Right now I'm making 7.3 with stocks. I'm not sure if I'd drop to 6.9 without the stock. I haven't tried it, riflemen seem to love that extra damage a stock adds so I stopped making any without them.

All the resources I used have OQ in the 900's CD varies. I agree with Itchy, I think we are pretty clos to the hard cap.

With this latest Ditanium spawn we just had on Valcyn (990 OQ woot!) I'm able to get 7.2 spd 409 dmgstocked T21's. (7.4/411 with adv. barrels) I haven't tried an unstocked one yet, but it would appear that 6.9 is in the realm of possibility as my previous unstocked/stocked rifles were 7.0/7.3.
