Please can someone help me with what themeparks drop the shem. for the weaponsmith toolbelt im on sunrunner and an imp any help is greatly app.

All of them.
There is one person within the themepark quests somewhere that gives you a tailoring schematic. There are three possibilities that can be given to you: the weaponsmith toolkit, the crafter's apron, and the droidsmith toolkit (? i think). You'll get one, and only one of these for your efforts so it may be necessary to enlist help tracking down that schematic.

In my experience Mon Mothma in the Rebel themepark has a random chance of giving you the WS toolkit schematic... unfortunately my alt toon received the Spec Ops agent back pack schematic instead... while a friend of mine received the WS toolkit schematic from her 5 min after me hehe... it is just luck of the draw....
