Just made a flamer (-1.8 blaster handlers form -1.1 tissues +48 damage) combined with Form Fitted Stock, best spawns available and a 29% speed slice....all came together to make a condition 947/947 Damage 471-920 and Speed 2.1
Im not one to blow my own trumper normally but I am very proud of this little baby......

I had got 2 Flamer made 3.3 max 930 unslcied and got them both sliced, one was 2.3 Max 930 or (the one I kept) 3.3 Max 1199. It a retty nice one I think considering I spent 1 million for 9 tissue tha were max 50 -.972.`

Congrats on that beast of a flamer. Just handed down my "WOT's Krayt Killer" to my good buddy who helped me from day 1. It had -1.208 spd. and +91 dam tissues in it. It came outwith anawesome 31%damage slice to 1015/1015 cond. 3.1 speed and 618-1264 damage. I wonder what a 2.1 spd.would feel like firing like none other....*thinks of grinding marksman again*
Krayt tissues in the hand of a smith can be a dangerous combo.

Whats the ideal range on this weapon? How negative is it? The Flame Throwers I make have +5 ideal range. Infact, all the range modifiers are positive.
It doesn't matter how much damage or how fast a Flame Thrower is if the ideal range sucks so badly that it can't hit a target...

Actually the ideal range mod on a flamer is pointless, it could be -200 and it wouldnt matter that much. With th flamers you will be using the point blank range mod because you have to be close for the flame specials.

very nice
my best was 2.6 1109
with -1.48 speed tissue and a damage slice
i even used normal power handlers instead of advanced gives you .1 more speed
