Im have a new Artisan,WS,FS crafting master, I just got done with WS, and Im tring to build a uber crtafting suit, I know theres not much differnts with it but I still want to build one. Any advice :-)

Ive had a few guildis that have looted up to a +5 off of surface marshalls.

Probably quicker to establish a business, save up some money and buy good ones, unless you are looking for the +1 (and occasional +2) that can be looted in a few caves.

Seems to be higher up npc's. Like Nightsisters, Tuskens, Jantas, etc. Very random you might loot something good you could trade for one as well. Very random though.
