We just had a newbie on Tempest pay three million credits for a +2 weapon assembly tape:

Granted, he was sort of goaded into it by a wealthy resource trader who likes to run the prices up on things like this, but still this is utter insanity.

The moral of the story? Really, I don't know - you tell me. I guess I would maintain that there's too many credits out ther, or maybe we just need to readjust price levels for everything in this brave new world. But someone needs to convince me that there was some sort of rationality to this transaction...

ASSEMBLY, not experimentation. Thats ridicolous I pay like 500k for +2 armor assembly tapes.

If the buyer was a noob, he must have got his credits on E-bay (or his parents got his credits on E-bay, lol). That is ridiculous for an assembly tape, but I've seen some experimentation tapes go for crazy amounts on Corbantis lately, like 18 mil for a +4.

Damn, and ther ewas more then One bidder in that auction. Im payig 2 Million for a +18 Weapon Assembly Tusken botts with +15 Pistol Speed. Let hope I win it!

With the Credit-dupers on server (fortunatly not mine) I guess 2mil is a piss in the ocean.
