Are these better then crafted ones?

Well, I only use scopes to increase range, these give +25 to range and +25 HAM I believe. But I can craft regular weapons scopes at +10 range andno HAM cost. I usually go with regular scopes, too bad you didn't get the stocks, I love those things.

Still looking for the stocks all for my for my HAR/FT

Thier only redeeming feature is their high Wound % and accuracy making them only desirable for PVP.
