can someone tell me the stat caps for the scythe / hack resources, and if there is a radiant smith browsing, can you tell me what is the best we have seen? i haven't been playing with weapons long, so i dont have all the old resources to compare to.

i need info on the following:

neutronium steel UT (best i have kicking around is lima - 716UT)

carbonite steel SR (best i have is the current one - 936SR)

phrik aluminum (best i have is omninogeian - 872SR)

thanks, i hate to waste good loot on bad resources please let me know what i can expect to see.
