What stat in resources are most Important to WS's ?

Also I heard that some stats are capped well under 1000 is this true and does someone know what the exact stat caps are? or at least a good site/page that shows this table.

Basically Oq and Con for Ranged

Sr for melee

My intent was just to point you in the right direction, not do all the work for you. Nothing personal, but if you're not resourceful enough to find this information out on your own or find out where it can be located, then you probably won't go too far as a weaponsmith.
