You are a very misguided individual.
Firstly in the literal sense, you somehow been guided to here rather than your trade forums.
In addition to that though you seem to have overlooked two things
1) Asking for an honest weaponsmith is pointless. If you stumbled upon a dishonest one, he would be dishonest and lie by saying he is honest no?
2) High powered motor drops were nerfed in last patch. I spent 3hrs on lok recently and got none. Usually i would have got about 10+ Even with this in mind tho i DO still sell the VKs at 90k with 169 dmg unsliced. 220 dmg for 1.5m is cheap on my server. You pay for the guaranteed damage slice. But that wont help you, im on eclipse

How much does it cost to make these VKs?
The reason the economy is so out of wack is because of crazy prices like that.
When solo group paid out in full i could understand crafters charging 1 million plus for CRAFTED items.

it's not the crafting that is expensive, it's the loot in those weapons that make it expensive. Think about that.......

The VKs going for million might be crafted, but at the same time they have been lootenhanced and

sliced.Nym motors goes for quite a neat sum unless you loot them yourself or have guildies helping you out. Ive seen people pay 100k for one basic +20 Nym motor, which I could then turn into a 168 max dam unsliced knuckler.
Then comes the slicing part. Most WS that slices their weapons before selling would agree with me that speedslices seems more common than damslices. Id estimate 60% speed 40% dam without having tested this.
Speedsliced knucklers will be hard selling off at the cost of the component meaning to get rid of tehse youre takinga loss. so about 60% of the knucklers you make wil either sell at loss or jsut break even. Not taking time spent to craft them into account.
Of the last 40% you can forget about making proift on all slices below 20% as they will not have better stats than ordinary VKs with good damslices. That leaves 30% to make profits of. The 220+ knucklers youre talking about have recieved 32% damslices or above which is quite a rare occurance and I think ive illustrated that you need to go thrue quite a few knucklers to get these highdam VKs. In the mean time Im quite sure I could make a lot more credits inless time and withless effort from just looting the motors in the first place.
Im sry about the long post, but I cant stand being called greedy by the very same people that demands 1mill+ for mediocre acklay bones or 100k+ for standard nym motors.
I dont find them greedy when it comes down to it its a question of supply and demand.

I was given a few +20s (and +24s) and I sold on eon the bazaar...
if I'd known I'd have charged a 'little' bit more

You are also forgetting the fact that unless you get a decent damage slice the weapon is pretty much useless. I sell base vk's 175 dmg or less for 10-30k the higher of that damage being 30k. I sell my 30-35% damage sliced motor enhanced vk's that are usually 215-225 dmg anywhere from 1.2mil to 2 mil, speed being base 2.2. I could make 10-15 motored vk's and be lucky to get 2-4 of them with high damage slices. So the price reflects the enhancement cost, my resources, my time and the luck of the high damage slice.....My starter vk's usually 147 dmg 2.2 spd or less i sell for 8k everyday of the week.

Combat players is the only reason the echonomy is out of wack, combat players charge to much for loot, those costs have to be passed down the line i pay 10k for an enhancement, you pay 15k more for the product
