Thread: Berserker Question

I saw a comment in another thread that said something to the effect of "Thanks to the CSRs and Devs for correcting the Berserker issue so now I dont have to save 50 million to buy one of the 25 in existence" My question is what was the issue with berserkers? Will there be more of them now or what? I have one and I am wondering if I am sitting on a hot commodity or not. I am new to rifleman (im only 4134) in the tree right now and was given this one. Any insight would be great thanks!

they are made of loot components so they are rare in that way. 50 mill was way to much of an exageration though - more like 1 million for a base model (one without gorax upgrades , imperial stocks, scopes)

I paid 2mil and 1.4mil for my two 'zerkers on naritus. Haven't sliced the second one yet (I think I'll wait until the smuggler revamp) but the first one got a nice damage slice for an end result of 204-486 damage. Both are gorax'd. I'm content with the prices I paid.

The prior issue was that one of the loot parts required to make the Berserker had no serial number. And a change a while back required that all components to have a serial number for it to be used in crafting.


I think it was the barrel. No serial number meant it couldn't be used to in crafting. And since it was a required component. No Berserkers for awhile.


Now that they have serial numbers, and I believe the serials were suppose to be retroactive, so you should see more. As a number of people stored the components until they were fixed.

*Before i ask this question I want you all to know i did try the trade forums with no luck*


Now, I have a couple Berserkers with a max dmg of around 300 and i assume all of the other stats are roughly "average". They are both unenhanced and UNSLICED. Are these worth anything these days, or are they garbage? Also, if i was to get a good slice onthem would that make them worthy of selling? Im on Kauri if that helps. Thank you.

Around 300? My unenhanced ones come out at 322 Max Dmg.

Hi, sorry to Hijack but I didnt see this in the Krayt Faq, how many tissues are needed for a bes. rifle? Oh, and what is the avg un enhanced dmg? Around 300 like he said? (2nd question may not be good since it depends on the server)

Berzerker takes mech feeds so can be enhanced with spider fangs/Gorax shards/and some of the looted mech feed enhancements.

Oh, ok. Ill have to use those tissues on a Jawa. Thanks a ton for the help.

I also have some spider fangs, do you know what the base dmg is for them? (Just general, not exact)
