Thread: What's the fastest a base LLC can be made?

Hi. Im a BH and Im asking this question here, because BH's don't build LLC's hehe. What is the fastest a normal LLC can be made to shoot? Is it 4.0, or less? Im talking with good resources etc, just not counting Krayt tissue. Cheers.

I think 4.0 is the fastest pre-slice speed i've seen.

4.1 on my server, I did make some 3.8's on "patch day" when they changed crafting for just 1 day though. You can get a pretty dang fast LLC with a themepark stock + a set of base tissues. I could hit 4.0 with a regular power handler instead of advanced. A nice advanced scope would go nice since the stock has no HAM.
