Alright the past week or so I’ve been looking into getting a REALLY good elite carbine made. I’m looking for something worth dropping into an ADK, and I’ve been out for the past week doing nothing but hunting krayts and doing bounty hunter missions for the loot. I want this weapon to be capped on max damage and SAC upon build, and I also want it to have a good attack speed, so I can slice it for speed and hopefully get pretty close to a 1.0 attack speed.

Now I’ve been told that I need at least 178 damage tissues to accomplish this by the weapon smith I’ve been talking to, but unfortunately so far the best I’ve been able to come up with is 172’s and a butt load of other tissues over 150. I’ve also been told that the new power cells that have been dropping might be even better for getting what I need done, however bounty hunter missions can take a lot time to set up and get done and most of the time for me anyhow the loot is just crap. Anyhow I’m hoping you guys can drop some knowledge on me and let me know the best way to accomplish this. Thanks in advance for any help.

powercells is what you want. Good as krayt tissue damage wise, and even better because lowers SAC.
