Thread: With 5 Power-Cell's can I make a Scatter and ALR?

I just got ahold of some nice Power-Cell's and I have some nice scopes as well. I wanted a Scatter but seeing how my current ALR could be improved, I wondered if 5 Power-Cells was enough to cover both weapons? I thought Scatters took one and ALR took 4 but I do admit I have no idea if factory runs or whatever affect it as I've never even attempted being a WS. Thanks in advance.

5 is enough. 1 to make a schematic that will create 4 advanced blaster power handlers. 3 of those ABPH's will go into your ALR and 1 will go into your High Cap Scatter.

The new looted scopes change the damage type at the moment.
