Thread: Custom Vibro Lance Questions

Hi
I checked over the FAQs and couldnt find a specific answer to my questions.
When dealing with a WS on a custom vibro lance order, what kind of components should I have ready? I know a VL wont take kryat tissues, so do i substitute gorax bone shards? If not, what else?
How many bone shards (or whatever)does it take to make a VL?

Unfortunately the only looted components that can be used to enhance a VL are
- vibroblade units
- vibro motors (which enhance a vibroblade unit)
The best of these come from Axva Min (? I think that is her name) the NightSister Queen. Some decent ones also drop from Nym's Elite and Nym's Droidekas.
Note: The drops I speak of were pre-CU ... I don't know if they are still dropping but I bet they are.

Thats pretty weak...what other options for a good pike do I have, this profession gets worse and worse.

Your only real option is hunting Nym's in the hope of obtaining High Powered Vibro Motors. These are an enhancement to vibro blade unit. And as far as I know, they drop at a max damage of 35. So, all you are really doing is getting roughly 3 experimentations you could put into SAC instead of damage. I made on for fun for a guildmate, they liked the 89 SAC on it (only 11 points when I made that one otherwise would have put the SAC down further).

Oops, almost forgot. The best pikeman weapons would require two loot drops from Axva Mihn, the nightsister queen. The motors, and the Nighsister Engery Lance schematic. But since she only spawns once, and after server reset, the possibility of getting these is fairly high. Not to mention that the schematic drop rate is pretty low too.
