Thread: 5 x EPC 1 gun or 2?

I have 5 x Enhanced power cells. I know how krayt tissue works, but can I build the Elite carbine I want and a scatter pistol or just the elite with these power cells?

they work the same as krayt, takes 5 to make an elite. If your are master carb you can get a scatter and a mark 2 from your 5
