wanted to know if these loot drops were any good
enhanced power cells (5)
173 damage
-.75 attack speed
-8 attack cost
advanced weapon scope (10)
-.79 attack speed
9 wound
52 accuracy bonus

Yes they are good, not the best of those particular types of loot, but above average.
