I wouldnt say so - I can get about the same on my Post CU stuff, maybe 1-2 points less damage.

k thnx. is there a sought after pre CU component? would it be stocks?

For allaround weapons these are very nice as you get low sac okay speed and high dam. FOr specific weapons (Low sac or High DPS) I use post CU crafted ones thou as Im able to focus more on one specific thing

Probably Scopes more than stocks.

From what I can see the Stocks equal themselves out - unless you are making a weapon where you can cap SAC without having to experiment on it with the new Power Cells.
