Thread: Price Check on 2 Vibro Motors
I just looted 2 Vibro Motors off a high level NPC.
These are used is making Vibro Blades I belive, that TK's use.
Each says Max +20
I was wondering as weaponsmiths how much are these items worth? I've already been offered 100k for each of them but before they sell them I want to know what you think of their actual value, or if 100K is a execelent deal or if i'd get ripped off.

I pay between 1K and 2K credit per damagepoint for loots on my server.

Yeah I can't image paying more than 10k myself. That cost is going to have to be passed on to the consumer and there's no assurance that the weaponsmith can turn that motor into a decent weapon.
You don't get to keep trying until you get the results you want, it's 1 attempt per motor and you have to live with what you get. If you could hear how loudly and how frequently I swear while trying to make perfect advanced vibro blade units you'd know that odds are against you getting all great successes on an item with 40 complexity. A couple of moderate successes (or worse) can result in an uninspiring weapon.
People aren't going to pay big bucks for the weapon just cause the weaponsmith spent alot on the components, the final result has to be worth it.
I did get lucky recently and have a 47-222 @2.2 knuckler on my sliced vendor now for 200k, it's been there all week. That weapon got mostly great results all the way though and a 33% damage slice. The odds of getting all that right were definately not in my favor and I don't think I could repeat this with 5 more attempts.
I don't think the guy buying motors for 100k is gonna make his money back.
Be quick though, he may be shopping around.
I sold them to Ibu for 200k
He's probly a credit dubber with uber money becuase he's offering huge amounts of money for stuff.
