I got one off some NPC... Do these things replace krayt tissues in power handlers or can they both be used?

They are used instead of krayts.


So they're generally not as good.

high velocity feed mechanism enhancers , they tend to either add +20-24 damage or -0.2 speed.

They are not as good as krayt, don't bother. They come from lok off of npc's.
