i was told a while back by master weaponsmith that anyone can reapair weapons as well as a weaponsmith could, that there was no skill associated with repairing weapons, and only the kit quality matters.

i have told many people this since becoming a master weaponsmith and none of them have told me "you liar i destroyed my weapon i demand you make me a new one" then i hear the other day that weaponsmith do repair weapons better

so what the deal? does being a weaponsmith effect weapon repair?
