is that the new base stat or were they marked as special? base used to be 30 but since weapons went from max damages of 200 to max damages of 700 it could be somewhat relative. Still though, adding 130 to the final damage of a weapon is pretty cool.

Those look decent. I looted two sets (of 5 each, although I needed set of six for Czerka Dart) of +70ish and +90ish.
