Thread: powerups are now powerdowns?

has anybody noticed when a new powerup is added to your weapon the dps actually go down? any info? my customers are blaming me LOL!

Is this with all powerups? I know some are supposed to lower speed.

If they're running out of action quickly, trading off speed for damage could be a GOOD thing...

Ignore the elemental damage pups. They are ABSOLUTELY worthless. Unless you made your weapon for the sole purpose of doing elemental damage, and put all points into the element, then you threw on the pup to add more elemental damage... oh wait, it would still be worthless. There is no possible way, no possible resist that would make using the elemental damage worth it, much less the pup's that go for them. Good planning on SOE's part

They work like ship part mods or new armor layering, except being temporary and aftermarket. Two fields, one makes one attribute more good, and the other makes another less bad. So far, my customers seem to prefer the ones that detract from accuracy.
