Read other posts on the forums? It's now based on the caps rather than 1-1000

So I need Ditanium steel for these cores right? I load in some Ditanium with 800+ Unit Toughness, and the bar comes out red, almost at the bottom after I load the steel in.
I think hmm, maybe it shows red, but it means to show green. So I go ahead and assemble the core and I get 1 block to experiment with on all categories lol.
Anyone else running into problems like this? Its really sad when combat is now turn based instead of realtime, so I fall back on the only thing I have left in this game which is crafting weapons and this too is borked. So annoyed right now.
