There are no level 30 carbine schematics. This leaves a "hole" for people working there way up the carbineer tree. There are two level 30 carbines that were on test center, but we do not have the schematics for those.

Shouldn't there be a non-looted lvl 30 carbine schematic?

Are these schematics being withheld or are they just missing from live?

Why would looted weapon schems be for the MIDDLE of the carbineer tree? Shouldn't a rare loot schem carbine be useful to a master and not a mid level carbineer?

This makes no sense to me at all. We need a non-loot lvl 30 carbine schematic and we need it now. I would like these questions asked of the developers. Both myself and my carbineer customers would very much like the answers.
