Has anyone ran into this problem. I was crafting AdvancedSword Coreand using some decent Dolovite Iron. It had a UT of 781. When I loaded that resource into the Schematic, the bar on the side went up into the red only a short distance, even though the schem listed that resource as 781 and in the green. When I experimented, I started with a base of 4% and was only able to get it up to 14% in all stats. This has happened with a few components a really puts a hinderence in my final product. Does this mean I have hit some cap in the crafting process or is this just another bug that needs to be worked out.
