I think that the amount of critical fails has dropped, but I am curious to hear if others have this same experience.

Thanks to the special crafitgn day, bloodfin was basically able to make 100% effective crafting tools and either 99% or 100% crafting stations... I forget which... With these new tools, I find that I now have critical failures at a rate that is about twice that of amazing success... Previously the was was closer to 10 times... Also I'm have a higher rate of great success and less good and moderate success as well... Before the new tools, I had to scrap half of my schematic attempts... Now I'm only scraping about 20% of them.

Dropped significantly, but there is still some bugged state occurring because I had 3 critical failures in a row last night.

It seems that the occurance of the failures has decreased until you get one. I was grinding out HPC's yesterday and they would occur in groups of 2 to 3 approxamately every 250 crafts. Not all that bad I guess.

I haven't critical failed anything in weeks. My WS is a rodian using a 15.0 crafting tool and a 41.xx crafting station (I forget the exact decimal numbers of the station). I don't really keep track of my amazing successes since it doesn't really matter, but I get at least one a day usually.

Maybe it a little screwy because i have amazeing successes all the time. I think the chances go up with the quality as does the crit or fail rate on poor resource items, or maybe its linked more to the complexity of the item. Advanced weapon scopes can usually get atleast one maybe two amazeings advanded blaster pistol fails alot more.

I havn't had crit fails in quite a while, especially since player cities have had Research Center specializations.

ditto i get the evil moderates though..oh i do get an occasion cf on assebly....using 15.0 tools and 43.9 station..10pt ws.
