You can use ackley bones looted from the ackley monster at the back of the geonosian bunker on Yavin IV, these can make extremely good and high demand power hammers and gaffi sticks since they are used as replacements for reinforcement cores. The market for these are seriously overinflated on the boards, if you hang out at the cave and offer something more reasonable to people saying they have them you would do better. I often play there and offer 250k each bone and sometimes get them at that price or I'll do custom orders for my customers and they'll literally throw me a bone or two after I finish their product and they walk away happy. Usually 7 or so bones drop and they want like 5 weapons to slice in hopes for a good damage slice and let me keep the remainder.

Ummm...you don't.

Unless you can get some incredible Acklay Bones you are never going to hit 400 with a Gaffi Stick. The max across servers seems to be a stick that hits about 300 when sliced for damage (and that's with a darned good damage slice).
