Is it me or is anyone else scratching their head at the master level pistol taking basic power handler, barrel, and scope.... Shouldn't this gun take advanced parts?

Yep...went to make on yesterday and saw that it took those components. Decided to get back to it today since I didn't have any back stock on those components and didn't feel like making them at the time. And yes, it made me look twice that a master lvl weapon would use those basic components.
