It seems that it is not possible to make factory schematics from the Electrical Polearm

Please post if any other weapons have this problem, Ill try to go through them and see if I can compile a list of which ones are victims of this bug.

Wonder if this is on purpose or if its a bug

I have the same problem with the Electric Polearm. Since this is the ONLY weapon Ive run into with this problem I would assume its a bug.

My GUESS is that they originally intended it to be looted schematic and changed their minds.
