To answer my own question, NO! Krayt abph made before the publish were nerfed to hell.

speed was okay but the damage in the conversion sucked

Vendor in Twilights End (-2982 5253 Naboo) or at least they used to be

yep the conversion sucked. Spot the difference both ABPH were made before the CU. I cant remember the speed but heres the damage stats


Non Enhanced ABPH - 23-51 dmg

Krayt ABPH (+30 tissue) - 23-55 dmg


Post CU (using exactly the same resources)

Krayt ABPH- 21 - 73 dmg


I posted a ticket to a csr, but the reply im expecting was that this conversion was intended, which i dont believe as why can i make better krayt ABPH. If the the enhanced components were going to be nerfed then surely newly made components should not have such a high difference.
