I was looking over some of the items I had looted off of nyms right before the CU and I noticed that there wasn't any kind for stat change for nym's items. Unlike projectile barrels that went from min 5 max 5 to min 11 max 12. I also noticed that power handlers that I had that where 11 and 15 min/max are now 19/24. So where nyms items missed or were they left off of any stat upgrade on purpose
