Could somone tell me what goes into to make one flamethrower. And if the accuracy can be made better somehow. And what are the resources to make a rly nice speed flamethrower. And is 4.5 non kryat ft the lowest delay possible?

Thx i realy appriciate it. Bigjimmy , sunrunner, looking for super fast flamers 3.3 or lower?

4.5 Non Krayt is very fast for a flamer on my server. Only slicing or Krayt tissue can improve it.

hmm if I remember well a FT takes any steel, any iron and any liquid petrochem as resources for FT itself, not gonna list all for components, swgcraft can tell u that as well, now as usual I'll say dont expect to find better qual resources than your WS have cause you wont find better in a few days thanhe/shedid in months

now for the base speed I believe 4.5 is best, you might have 4.4 with really fast basic power handlers but then you'd lose 15-20 min/max dmg, now given the high dmg on FT's it might be worth it if u really want speed but it's not sure the speed would be better even with those

You'll never see a Flamethrowerwith my name on it.

Logix needs to convince a Dev tohave somekind of distance rangepenalty befiting the fictional combat role of a flamethrower added. A flame that travels 64m is indeed overpowerful to hold in a canister on your backside. The mere release of something that hot, should singe the wielder aswell.

I don't see a reason to introduce more into the game. You'll have to use another smith other than me, Bigjimmy. I'm not wasting resources on bugs.

As has already been said, by WerrtZer my stuff sucks, so yournot missing out on anything.

Bigjimmy, you *can* increase the range mods on a flame thrower by quite a bit.

However, it involves adding a stock (so your weapon will probably be about one second slower) with range experimented instead of damage. You could also get a barrel with range experimented instead of damage.
