Hello

I dont know much about Weaponsmithing, so this will probably be a dumb question, but here I go:

What is the value, to a WS, of a Control Unit with a "Quality" of 4? (Experimented beyond 90% if i recall correctly)
Any value?

I created a schematic for this "Quality:4 Control Unit" and would run the schematic in my factory if there was a chance in Hades that a WS out there would be interested in buying these guys. (Otherwise I'll probably ditch the schematic when I need the room.)

Does any Weaponsmith out there know what the control unit contributes to your weapons? Anything?
I'd appreciate a tutorial on this issue.

Thank you for any comments

PS: I did search the WS forum for an answer to this, but all I found were posts saying which schematics use "Control Units," nothing regarding how their "Quality" affects final products.

I make my own master artisan components.

However the "quality" on control units was recently added, so I am unsure if it effects anything yet or not

Thank you for the quick reply.

If you do notice a difference between quality-levels, would you consider replying your results here (or private messaging me)

I'd love to know if it would be worth my time/resources to run a few hundred/thousand of these guys (even if it is for my future-foray into WS-ing)

Sincerely

We use em in Tangle Pistols. One tangle pistol takes 5 of them. Tangle pistols (and I make nice ones for 10k credits with control units experimented to 99.1%) don't seem to sell very well though. I've only sold 8 in the last 2 months (as opposed to 122 vibro-kuncklers and 210 XG mines over the same time period). Bless theGCW.

The most profitable use for them is in crafting stations (by architects), but you have to make really, really good ones (ie.architects probably want better than my 99.1%) to turn out a really good crafting station. Can also use em in vechicle customization kits, probably won't matter how good they are for that. Although vechicle customization kits aren't selling all that well either... I've sold maybe 10 since they came out.
