i got 5 of them. the geonosian sword cores. how much do they go for?

Honestly, its hard to say. What is the drop rate on these, what are their stats?

It's not so much the drop rate as the spawn rate of the mobs. Stuff in there spawns crazy fast. I think there's not going to be any shortage of these.


On the flip side, what good are the Genosian reinforced cores? Do they go into some specific schema? I have a bunch of those and the sword cores, and honestly, on their own, they're crap. The only thing the Genosian sword cores are good for is the Scythe... unless they come with varying stats and the ones I happened to get are just junk.

The spawn rate is bugged and seems to get worse as time passes. Currently there is a large group of people in the entrance hall on Lowca and we're barely able to keep up with the spawn rate. There's at least ten spawns a minute and it gets worse further in. I tried to go past the first door but couldn't get past the four kwi and two klikniks guarding it, so I went back and camped the entrance until I died to a Geonosian with a stun blaster who hit me with the AE bug foreight 1.5k damages.


Are the loot cores usable in non-Geonosian weapons? If not, they're worthless.

It would seem that the loot cores are not all we'll be able to get, a friend of mine says he has a schematic for a Genosian reinforcement core (like the ones we saw on TC). So hopefully we'll be able to use those in power hamers and gaffi sticks and the like.

there is also tons of other usable loot in the caves not just sword cores.

i'm not a weaponsmith but i need to know what to do with some of this new loot so i'll be trolling here for the next few days.... now thats said


There appears to be 2 types of sword cores, a white and a yellow. The yellow have stats of min/max 20/20 if i recall and from what i heard the whites are statless?? i only looted yellow and nabbed about 3 of 'em my commrades were better looters however and total we amassed around 50-60 in about 5 hours of fun =]


I would take into consideration the time spent at cave, the cost of buffs (if you got them w/o a buff i'd be amazed lol), the travel costs, and what is going to be made with them (think about the fact most of these weapons are limited use schematics)

Frankly, they seem to drop like crazy. The more you try to gouge me for the components the more I will charge you for the weapon.

They seem to drop a lot i was there for a couple hours and got to reinforcement cores, 3 red power cubes all -modifiers, and 4 tubes of what ever with a dmg stat of 13.


just be buffed witha lot of friends and it wont take long to get loot, i just want to get the core schematic so i can make myself a scythe.

These things are like rancor teeth, the base-stat ones are crap and only the really good ones are better than crafted. Guildmate got two reinforcement coreswith yellow text, 30-something min/max (I think base is 25), I made two gaderiffi batons and they ended up with worse speed/damage/accuracy than normal but better HAM. Using the schematic might make better ones but I don't know how much better they'll be.
