PUBLISH 7 NOTES:
Experimentation Resource Quality: Crafting experimentation has been enhanced so that the amount of change that each experimentation point will affect an item attribute will now be calculated by the maximum value for the item. Therefore, regardless of the quality of resources used, each experimentation point will affect the attribute by the same amount. Now, the maximum value upon which a resource attribute is allowed to be experimented is affected by the quality of resources used. This will have a much more noticeable effect on the crafting experimentation process, making it more interesting, challenging and easier to understand. This will noticeably reduce the effectiveness of experimenting with low quality resources by all players. However, this will give master crafters more of an advantage over less skilled crafters, as they have more experimentation points to use, and will be more likely to produce an item with maximum attributes.
Ok this means that all our weapons that required Plumbium Iron or Plononium Iron or hell even Iron are now goign to become **edit**ery?
So are all weapons now going to become "pre nerf"??? And how are we more likely to produce an iteme with maximum attributes when resoures can't have maxiumum stats????????
Does it mean that we have to spend 10 expermation points just to max out damage? Or that we get to spend less???
Is it saying that if we use low quality resources that we wont even be able to max out the potentinal damage that a crapy weapon can get with using crapy resorues already........
And is it it saying that if we use uber resorues, godlike in constructing weapons that we can max out every one of the stats, Durability, Damage, Range, Effectifness with our 10 points????????
They better fix the resoures problem before they do this I think.
Unless what they are saying no matter what quality resoures you use a master weaponsmith can max out its potential max damage stat, or any other single stat using all expermation points for low quality resoures (meaning 99-100% effectifness full bar, like uber powerups but using crapy resources). But i don't think that's the case.

i bet on worse
now i just wonder how server will handle ppl who got 12 points.
Will server auto adjust so that these ppl will need to use all 12 points to max 1 field
or will they need 10 points and get 2 free ( just as now)
if they tweaked experiment results then maybe it was ok system
Lets say that you use 1000 stat resourse,now if they could change it into this. maybe it would be usefull
Critical fail = field drops to 0%
fail = -7%
poor = -3.5%
ok = +1%
average= +2.5%
above average = +5%
success =+7%
great = +9%
amazzing= +11%
So if we had 1000 resourse start would be at 30% then 8 of great results would get us to 102% (cap at 100%)
and then we would have 2 points left.
They also need some better way to tie damage/speed/WC together. because right now if you dont get great result then one of these 3 will go down. and that are freaking wrong.
If fact right now anything else that great/amazzing = fail. But you all knew this one already

I have read this statement 30 times when i saw it and if you ask me it sounds like a tax law. Only the dev (read. lawyer) that made the rule will understand it. Maybe I am just too old
