Thread: Whats an average weaponsmith's income?
Ok, I'm thinking about weaponsmith (not for holo) and i was wondering how much does an average weaponsmith make in credits? I just wanted to do some research before i start weaponsmith. Thanks.

Like mentioned above, it's a tough profession to compete in the first months of making Master.
For about 4 or 5 weeks after makiing Master I turned every credit I had right back into harvesting resources and buying resources. Guess I've been Master now for about 2.5 months or so and just now getting my resource stock where I can make most weapons on the same level as established WSs.
Now after investing alot of time and money over the last several weeks my biggest problem now is keeping the vendors stocked, and thats a good problem ![]()
You can have a billion credits, but if you can't find a rare resource your screwed. I've been collecting resources since launch and still havent seen all the rares spawn. Axidite iron? pshhh...never seen it spawn, and had my hands on 2k since I've been a master.
I cant imagine how the power grinders feel when they get to master and cant even make an advanced power handler. No good guns, no money, time wasted.
Oh ya,
I should hit a million in the next week. Been master about a month or so.
If you like crafting, then WS, AS or Chef should be fun for you, regardless of how much you make or how long it takes you to master. You should also be willing to spend the time to build up your resource collection.
If all you want to do is make lots of money, then sell resources. It's a lot easier, leaves a lot more free timefor hunting, exploring and doing quests/themeparks, you don't have the heart-ache of a critical fail on a krayt weapon or have to deal with sometimes-annyoing customers.
