I am a rifle master /weapon smith.

I normally use sniping tactics (ie Max damage in 1 shot then pull back and let them bleed a while)

How would I build a T-21 with max damage potential, and any idea what that would be?

I don't care at all about speed.

I would also be willing to buy a max damage T-21 if anyone on Narituscan make them.

Any info at all would be a help.

Since Speed is not a factor I have to ask are HAM costs?

If they aren't either look into adding an Advanced Stock experimented completely in damage and an Advanced Scope experimented completely in Range. The Scope Itself won't add to the damage output of the weapon but will add as much as 35 to the mid range attack mod if i remember correctly. The advanced stock will add over 30 min and 30 max damage at a slight speed cost (around .44 dependent on materials).

Other than that you simply need to look for the highest OQ Alantium Ore and Gallinorian Rainbow Gem, Best OQ/Cond Ditanium Steel, Polonium Iron, and Metal.

For the Barrel Use an Advanced Blaster Rifle Barrel You will squeeze out a few extra points but should be able to again increase the range modifier so that you have a better chance to hit.

Finally use Advanced Blaster Power Handlers if possible, Best OQ Polymer, Ostrine Carbonate Ore, and Irolunn Reactive gas and Best Cond/OQ Diatium Copper and Phrik Aluminum. Conduct is worth 2x the OQ on the two Metals on this component. Even with less than 900's on these materials they should come out with twice the damage or better than normal power handlers
