With the ranged damaged mitigation coming into the game, it seems that having a narrow damage range weapon is more useful, so will you Weaponsmiths start making 33min/16max powerups instead of the other way around?
Do you have ANY control on the min/max of your weapons, and will you attempt to narrow the ranges?

Technically, this is an Artisan issue, not a Weaponsmith issue.
There is *some* control over what bonuses powerups give, but it's not absolute. Do a bit of forum searching or Googling to learn more about it.

Weapons and Powerups both are a for profit business and thus thanks the ther wonderful working of the free market Artisans and Weaponsmiths will make what is in demand

this is just another example of why we need to experiment on different categories, we need to be able to choose the ability to advance min damage/max damage/speed/range(split into each category)/HAM(split into each category)/and everything else under the sun, this will truly make a "personalized weapon"

i am not a weaponsmith but as a consumer i absolutely love this idea. it would be unreal if we could get custimized weapons based on our own template and skill mods.
