Thread: What speed is best if your gona slice speed ?

I hear 1.3 is the lowest speed that you can actually shoot so what speed should I shoot for if I plan on letting a MS full speed slice to the cap?
I hate math and suck at it so help me out here =).

I also hear that some people can fire once per second with a mod speed of 1 or lower... There's too much info flying around to be sure of anything anymore.
