My post-CU stocks give -23 SAC and I can't remember what the speed cost is off the top of my head, its pretty minimal though.

The looted stocks are really only worth using with Power Cells or Casings as the -8 or so SAC from them helps compensate the 0 SAC reduction from the stocks - and personally I would only use themat a customers request... unless I was confident I could double cap a Rifle with them.

Ive got good wood.......lol, and i still use pre-cu stocks -23 SAC, finnaly something for the older smiths to smile about

My post CU stocks has -25 1.15 speed I use them quite often when I get enhancers that are close to cappoing, but not quite there. the extra sac on the stocks allow me to put a few needed points into damage and voila dam capped weapons from lower enhancers.

When using enhancers that will dam cap on its own I do use my pre CU stocks though as eve though the difference is minimal I want to make the very best. Would be cool if they had stock dropping with sac reduction, but some other drawback (- to min/max, range, accuracy or even just higher decay rate (though that is really viable post ADK )

using my -6 SAC barrels I hit 75 SAC on combine using my -25 SAC stock, 1 exp point hits 73 SAC easily, leaving me 11 points to play around with dmg and speed. The only time I don't use my crafted stocks now is whe using EPC's taht will cause me to hit the SAC cap on the initial combine.
