What's the diference between Reinforced Casing and Enhanced Power Cell?

Basically:
One is a Power Handler replacement, one is a projectile feed replacement.

Powers = Energy weaps
Casings = Kinetic weaps.

There is one exception. The High Capacity Scatter Pistol. It's kinetic but takes a cell.
