I've noticed a lot of WS on my server don't care at all about SAC. That's fine I guess if you only make a few shots. I've been trying tosell SAC capped weapons (or at least close to the cap) and then I spend the rest of my points on speed. Here's my questions:
1. I see some people say damage is most important. From my experience speed affects everything. Even the delay of when you can heal after a shot. I'm not not talking reuse for the same special but rather the reuse for all. Why do some say damage is more important when speed affects all specials?
2. Do you sell low-SAC weapons? Do high damage ones sell better?
3. How are these stats for my subs:
ABPH 15, 41, -1.08, -8
ABPB 15, 41, -.99, 3, -8
ABRB 14, 40, -.98, 2,-7

If you were to try and add cells or casings to your subs you could cap both damage and sac. I only sell weapons with low sac and high damage combined any points left over go to speed. This is in regards to pistols. Rifles are easily capped for both if you have good enough tissue. Should have placed this first, but for being unenhanced the subs are good.

Your subs are fine. I don't know what's holding you back from -9 sac on them, if it's resources or your choice. But I experiment SAC as far as I can, then the rest into speed. I look at this way, damage and speed can be sliced, SAC cannot.

I would tend to agree with this.
