Stacked loot components are regarded as one item, resulting in factories eating the whole stack instead of one item at a time
i didn't see this until it was too late and i put ina stack of power cell into a factory. since a Bug ticket as well as a CS ticket.
need less to say the CSR said it was working as intended, say that the factory don't recongized stack component and taht i should put the components in 1 at time after each run lol. i think the guy had no idea but i was wondering if they are working on fixing this or just regarded as working as intended?
good thinng the power cell was only a +160 dmg, but the answer the CSR gave me just comforted me on how lucky i am to have cancelled 2 of my 3 account.

Well you broke rule #1.. Don't ever believe what a CSR says.. 1/2 the time they are full of it, the other 1/2 they are idiots.
Also I hate to break it to ya, but this bug has been reported since the tissues started dropping in stacks months ago. Its posted in the "Read 1st" sticky as well as probably 20-30 threads here from people just like you that found out the hard way. Unfortunately there is probalby no way you are gunna get the tissue back, just try to make sure other WS friends know about it and chalk it up to experience.
