If you were to aquire a single tissue (legendary) that was +104 damage -2.8 speed what would you use it in, or would you just hang it on your wall to look at?
*this is for single tissue guns only

Some sort of riffle or carbine that requires only 1 tissue and that has a speed higher then 2.8 if you craft it normally. If you put it into a scatter or something similar, you'll get negative speed and that will make the gun invalid...ie, it won't fire.

Scatter would be mostly a waste as speed is the main point on those tissues and anyone using a scatter is likely speed capped already. Honestly as a single that tissue is display(I'm picking up the other single as well for display). If you really wanted to put it into a weapon then I would suggest a low end marksman weapon, the reason for this is that these are the weapons where speed is going to be the most relevant and give you the largest spread of users. In this case I would imagine a krayt scout blaster probably. Mine will simply be for display as I don't feel it be an 8mill benefit in a scout blaster(assuming you paid this much as this is what it cost the buyer originally per tissue). Honestly this set should have gone into a DE-10, but i'm not gonna complain much as I'll be getting the last extra he has(originally a set of 3).
If you wanted to make a decent single tissue gun you would have been better off using the 125max (exceptional) tissues that sold about the same time and for significantly less(also picking one of those up for display). Needless to say I would recommend this as a display item only and wouldn't actually use it to craft though it would make nearly any pistol it was put in less than 1.0 speed. You could actually make a D18 pistol that would be -0- speed(I'm assuming it won't go negative). But anything below 1.0 speed is mostly a waste since cap is once per second no matter what.

There's not a whole lot you can do with one tissue... but I would make an Adv Scoped E11 rifle.
One of my guildies is a MDoc, MCM, MarkRif4, and she likes to get dirty. With her lack of rifle speed skills, the speed bonus wouldn't be wasted, and the extra damage would be just the ticket to turn a mean support character, into hell on wheels.
For her, that'd be just the ticket... and keeping your Doc/MCM happy is the key to life

I'd save it, we'll get some new guns sooner or later and one of them is bound to use a single BPH.

I think the last one in the set was either put up in museum or crafted already so chances of getting a hold of it are slim. I mean if he was willing to pay 24mill for the set of 3 tissues just so he could have one on display then I doubt he's willing to give it up so we can use it to craft lol.

Wow, that's a weird bit of advice. I can make scout blasters with 1.9 speed with regular ABPH's (No tissues needed), why the heck would you add the tissue to a scout blaster when they are practically speed capped at novice pistoleer? The Scatter pistol is actually a good idea. WIth no pistoleer skills, I don' tknow if a BH would be speed capped with all specials. His tissue also added over 100 to max damage. That would make a fantastic scatter pistol, and if a damage slice was achieved, you'd have a wondeful weapon.
Another choice would be the e11 rifle or the e11 carbine, but I'd vote to put it in a scatter pistol. Then again, I'm a MBH, but still. A MBH/ Master carbineer would love a pistol like that.

Since the "legendary" part is the speed, and not the dmg, I'd stay away from pistols.
Its not worth wasting in a dlt20a or an e11 rifle. Rifleman never use those.
Best answer that I have is the E11 carbine. It's not a real good answer, but if you have a limited number....
