Thread: Pups and caps....

I hope this is the right forum to ask this, but how do pups affect weapons caps? If i put a +33% dmg pup on a capped Trando Rifle, does it increase the damage output? Right now its at 1183 max dmg, level 3 speed slice and has a capped SAC. I have the same question on SAC pups, willitlower the SAC even more?

Yes, powerups allow you to go beyond the weapon cap's.

But it won't go the full 33% past the damage cap. I think it was either 1278 or 1478 that my rifle capped at with a powerup on it. (It's at the crafting cap without it.)

keep in mind that the pup is calculated from your min dam not your max
