Weaponsmith Archive

Can anyoen help me out I plan on Going Architect/Weaponsmith/lil of merchent. Whats the fastest Way to grind up to Weaponsmith? How long does it usually take... This is not a holo grind its just u really cant make good weapons till master... If you would like to take me as an apprentice i would be glad to I need any help i can get.
